Notes
1 1889 (L - 826) Joel

(West)
Nobody in the NHLP is even close to Vancouver.  GM Joel made a sensational Waiver and this team is scoring, has great position, and is loaded with top players on top teams.  Neal, Pronger, Hartnell, Vlasic.  Well done.
2 1565 (L - 40) Joel

(East)
Somehow.  Someway.  Carolina received Buffalo's CTR rating last rating.  Maybe we just missed this team completely, who knows, but we sure as hell didn't miss them this time!  They are good!  Are you kidding us?  Pavelski, Couture, Stepan and Anisimov, all on top seeded NHL teams.  This team rocks!  Seven playoff players and position to be better.  Congrats to GM Joel for holding down CTR #1 and #2 spots.
3 1538 (L - 1255) Charlie

(West)
GM Charlie has only 1 of 21 players out of the playoffs.  That is Hejduk.  The Coyotes are simply unbelievable here.  Six players on NHL seeded teams 1-2, including 3 Flyers, 2 Sharks and a Wild.  That's WILD!
4 1454 (L - 770) Scott

(West)
The Oil are back and GM Scott has a nice mix of scoring and top seeded team leaders.  Marleau has been on fire while van Riemsdyk has been consistently good.  Only Grabner is unrated for the West's highest scoring team, even if not highest rated in the Wild West.
5 1357 (L - 700) Tyson

(West)
Four of the top five in the CTR are from the West Conference.  Sturm has to go!  After that, wow, what a great team.  Giroux?  Is this guy for real?  A team full of assets who are scoring.  Well, except Sturm.
6 1317 (L - 516)  Marcel

(Central)
The best the Central throws at us.  GM Marcel has a number of good players on top teams and a healthy lead on 9th.  Getzlaf is the only unranked player.
7 1235 (L - 584) Michael & Ray

(East)
Where did the Devils come from?  A 700 point gain in the CTR!  Way to go!  All 7 players are in, with Vanek and Fisher leading the charge.  By far the highest scoring team in the East and well in first place, so room to improve.  If Montreal continues to climb, so will this CTR.
8 1189 (L - 338) Shawn

(East)
An 800 point jump in the CTR.  Joe Thornton is one of the leagues most valuable assets, as San Jose cannot lose right now.  Gerbe and Ehrhoff are solid and Marchand's Bruins will soon be #1 in their NHL Division.  Holmstrom was a nice 7 point grab for Ennis.  The season has changed around for GM Shawn.
9 1132 (L - 417) Jr

(Central)
This team just keeps rolling.  Weber is the teams most valuable player and he is the teams lowest scoring player.  This team can score and will score all season.  A lot of this rating is the fact that GM Jr has built up almost a 50 point lead on 9th.  At some point something will be done with those points to move these players, who have more points than current CTR value.
10 1102 (L - 493) Charlie

(Central
GM Charlie always gets the shit!  That is what he does, he gets the fucking shit.  Assets everywhere here.  Once again, can move up any time with trades, even though he has fallen almost 10 points out.  If you want the shit, GM Charlie always has a shit load of good shit.
11 1051 (L - 668) Charlie

(East)
No surprise, 7 more playoff players.  GM Charlie's Wings went from medium to suicide and are lighting it up, as well as Detroit is moving up the NHL standings, so it is all good.  The first GM to have all their team's ranked.  Elias and Weiss are solid.  Charlie has the players, which unfortunately mean's, he'll be satisfied as is.
12 1010 (L - 803) Matt

(East)
Brad Richards has the NY Rangers a top seeded team in the NHL's East, while his former team is almost all but dead now in Dallas after just going 11 straight periods without a goal!!!  GM Matt is a solid Rangers fan and so far, so good.
13 1007 (H - 582, L - 564) Michael & Ray

(West)
Burrows is the lone non-playoff player.  A nice jump in the CTR.  Weiss has been great and Fisher is really looking like a great find as his Nashville team are a top seed in the West.
14 969 (L - 419) Marcel

(West)
They are back!  A nice climb back up the CTR after a horrible drop.  Boston is moving up, as are GM Marcel's Habs.  The team is scoring and only Tavares is unrated.
15 964 (H - 1043, L - 950) Andrew

(West)
Seven of the CTR top 15 are all West.  A great pick up, adding Sullivan, when he was available.  Kane is solid, as is J. Staal.  Edler is smoking hot, but unrated as the Canucks haven't followed the Bruins climb back, after both teams started slow.
16 959 (L - 427) Chad

(Central)
The Oilers have almost fallen out of a playoff spot, not good for Eberle and Hall.  While Henrik still isn't rated, Oshie has moved in, making 7 playoff players.  Boyle and Bouchard are the top assets with their teams 1-2 in the Western Conference of the NHL standings.
17 955 (H - 1150) Michael & Ray

(Central)
A season low CTR.  Although Boston has moved up nicely for the Peverley's, Rich and Richard, Kopitar and Eriksson have dropped in NHL seeding.  Still with 7 playoff players and up a comfortable 19 points on 9th and not far off the top teams in the Central.
18 913 (H - 1010, L - 763) Tyson

(East)
GM Tyson has to be happy here, all things considered.  Last place in the East, but only 6 points behind 6 teams and outscoring 5 of them and outscoring 8 teams in the East in total.  Carter is the only non playoff player, so there are assets here as well.
19 913 (H - 1186, L740) Andrew

(Central)
A huge Waiver.  Pronger was a steal.  A top ranked team and a point per game player.  Nice job.  Another team with a ton of scoring potential and a big lead on 9th.  Andrew is far from done here.  Expect more moves sooner than later.
20 890 (L - 588) Andrew

(East)
One of the lowest scoring teams in the NHLP.  Now carrying two injured players, so the scoring isn't going to be there until changes are made, or until the injured players are back in a few weeks.  Voracek and M. Koivu are solid, and highly ranked CTR players, but E. Staal and Ruutu aren't doing anything for GM Andrew here.
21 874 (H - 1010) Jr

(East)
A season low CTR after making a big NHLP deal to bring in Franzen.  Franzen has been one of the hottest guys in the league and the Wings keep winning, so GM Jr can move back up.  Briere is clearly the leader here and Chara is now an asset, as he was always suppose to be.  Moulson is unranked but scoring.  The Machine will climb back up in the NHLP East standings, quicker than they might in the CTR, with Edmonton falling fast.
22 860 (H - 1298, L - 701) Matt

(Central)
GM Matt drops from the CTR number one, after paying a heavy price for the Waiver to do so.  Washington has fallen big time, taking rating from Johansson, Laich and Brouwer.  Raymond hasn't played yet, and could be a few more weeks away.  Almost 20 out of the playoffs and doesn't have a waiver for the next 2 years.
23 840 (L - 460) Scott

(Central)
GM Scott is moving up the charts to a new season high.  Led by Sharp and Hossa, scoring isn't a problem.  GM Scott has 3 Blue Jackets, which isn't helping the rating, but they make a beautiful 26 points for 3 guys to the minors.  You know Scott is bidding on every Waiver available, and it is only now a matter of time, before his bid is the best.
24 744 (L - 700) Matt

(West)
Tampa Bay is barely hanging on in the NHL standings, hurting Stamkos and Malone here.  Crosby is coming, in Green Bay (Ryan) who is back of them in the West, so the scoring must be there or this team will shortly be out.
25 713 (H - 1016, L - 710) Chad

(East)
Letang has slowed just a little, but Sid is back now, so Pittsburgh should likely move back up Seeds.  GM Chad may need to bring in some scoring with his coming Waiver.
26 697 (H - 900) Shawn

(West)
The Boston Bruins blew that Halloween thing all to hell.  Good news for Horton and Marchand.  Seven playoff players but not a very high scoring team that will now have to stay in front of Crosby.  Unlikely!
27 662 (H - 1228) Tyson

(Central)
Well the 5 Jets are slowly catching up with the hottest team in the NHLP.  A season low CTR.  It is hard to stay high when less than 30% of your team is not even rated in the CTR.  Will the Jets ever be?  With another Waiver this week, will GM Tyson make the move now or continue to stick with his Jets?
28 583 (H - 586, L - 232) Joel

(Central)
So it was the Sabres that are slowly being Caned.
29 548 (H - 660, L - 293) Shawn

(Central)
This team just cannot score.  Detroit has moved up and so has the CTR, but the Central position continues to drop.  This team is already in last in the Central.  It might be time to move someone within.
30 516 (H - 930) Scott

(East)
So when is Washington trading Semin?  This team is horrible and still only 5 points behind the 5 teams in front of them.  There is nothing here to be excited about.  Well, except Semin!
31 486 (H - 577, L - 455) Ryan

(West)
Crosby's back.  So is GM Ryan!
32 441 (H - 846) Marcel

(East)
A pretty poor ranking for the Divisions 2nd place team.  Benn has fallen to almost being unranked.  Ovechkin has not only almost fallen out, but Ovie is having his worst stretch in years, or so it seems.  Still scoring enough to stay high in the division, just nothing to dangerous as far as strength at the moment.
33 370 (L - 240) Ryan

(Central)
When Anisimov is your MVP, NOT GOOD!  Every team in the NHLP would love to have him, just also a few players better!  Now 12 points back and still falling, GM Ryan must do something here or we'll be hearing him say, "There's nothing I can do there!"
34 360 (H - 472) Ryan

(East)
Goligoski now gone a month on a team that isn't scoring.  Okposo?  Check for a pause.  Iginla?  What?  It is just ugly.
35 240 (H - 340, L - 188) Chad

(West)
One quarter of the season is over.  Even a tad early for GM Chad to bury a team, don't you think?
36 224 (H - 1232) Jr

(West)
It's Calgary.  Common.  All things considered, it isn't that bad of rating!
